My experience at this office has been nothing short of expectional. From the office staff to Dr. Bird, I leave every visit feeling extremely satisfied and valued as a patient-not a customer. The real winning piece of this place is the dental hygienist, Anna. She is, hands down, the best hygienist I've ever had. Her hands are gentle, even with in-depth cleaning and her use of needles. Additionally, her expertise far exceeds her age and experience in the field. I have yet to stump her with any question I have, and trust me- I have a lot. Anna deserves recognition for her incredible work at this dentist office. Thanks for all your hard work in addition to your fun personality!

My son was visiting from out of town and was having pain in his tooth. He went to our local dentist who said it needed to be pulled but the endodontist he referred us to was booked out a month. I called Rivertown and explained our situation and they took care of my son the very next day. They did an excellent job and I am very grateful they were able to help. The BEST dental experience I ever had. I’m not one to write reviews, but I feel like I need to share how wonderful Rivertown Dental is. I had my first appointment at this location & from the start I felt welcomed. The receptionist offered complimentary beverages in the waiting room. The hygienist & dentist were excellent. I felt like they really cared about my concerns & gave me as much information I needed to help. To end the appointment, I had various options of products to choose from—my favorite was the Cocofloss. I have nothing but good things to say & I’m excited to continue my care there.
