CEREC® (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) crowns are custom-made dental restorations designed and fabricated right in our office using state-of-the-art CAD(computer-aided design)/CAM (computer aided manufacturing) technology. Unlike traditional crowns, which typically require multiple appointments and a temporary restoration, CEREC crowns are crafted and placed during a single visit. No need for the hassle of taking messy impressions, CEREC uses digital impressions that are sent to our on-site milling machine to fabricate natural-looking dental crowns and bridges from durable porcelain while you’re at our office.
